Has a berth in Rotterdam which must be taken over separately.
This ship has all the possibilities you could wish for, besides being excellent for living, the new owner can also use the ship as a charter ship (easily expandable with extra sleeping places). But also for parties and events (for which the ship is currently being used). Preferably on a small scale alongside living, a nice turnover can also be generated with the three extra cabins with sleeping places via Airbnb. The asking price for this ship is excl. VAT.
Since the ship is located in Rotterdam, it is currently not being sailed. However, the ship can easily be put back under sail, all sails and rigging are present as well as two booms and a new jib boom. The masts have recently been replaced with aluminum masts.
