CONSTRUCTION

RCD Status:

• Our understanding is that the vessel is exempt from European Union Recreational Craft Directive as she first placed into use with the EU prior to 1998.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Aluminium hull, superstructure and deck construction
• 5086 H 111 aluminium hull plating and 6060 T5 grade aluminium for extruded profiles
• The aluminium hull and deck and welded to the inner frame.
• The engine room bulkheads, collision bulkhead and bulkhead between aft cabin and lazarette are watertight
• Grey painted topsides
• White painted superstructure and cockpit coamings
• Teak laid side decks, cockpit and bathing platform

Keel & Rudder:

• Cast iron/lead fin keel fixed with stainless steel bolts and stainless steel backing plates
