Mooi gelijnde en zeer sterke, ijzeren Zeetjalk, omgebouwd tot woontjalk. Na een grondige poetsbeurt komt er prima schip tevoorschijn, met weinig roest. De potdekken verdienen wel aandacht. Het woonschip heeft van binnen veel leefruimte, een ruime salon met open keuken, een bedstede voor en de originele schippersroef achter. Als u de motorruimte leeghaalt, is er nog veel meer woon, werk of slaapruimte te creeeren.
Het interieur verdient weer een liefdevolle update. U heeft daarna wel een uniek schip met de stalen dakbinten en ramen rondom.
