NEW LOWERED PRICE €358.000! (June 2023) Unique and distiguished design by Alan Pape, built 1977-90 of iroko and mahogany by the well-known Williams Boatyard in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK. Completely refitted during 18 months in 2018/19: hull, rigging, all electronics were taken care of, masts repainted etc, total costs near to €300.000. As a traditionally built wooden boat of high quality, her interior is warm in winter and cool in summer. The building is carvel planked with 50mm Iroko on laminated 100mm Iroko frames every 300mm. The fastenings are copper rivets, and all other bolts are of stainless steel. The decks are 20mm marine ply with 20mm teak planking. The rest of the boat on deck and down below is solid Brazilian mahogany. Mast supports is galvanised steel. The keel is 8 tons of cast iron, the chain plates and all fixtures on deck are either stainless steel or bronze. Bow cabin with two beds in V-shape, followed by heads on starboard. There is a complete pantry in U-form on starboard and a cosy dinette in front of it. Further back is the enormous saloon with the main entry. The saloon has a gangway on starboard with two beds on top of each other which leads to the big owner cabin including en suite heads and a separate access to the cockpit. On mid-ship and port is the engine room with its working area. Engine running flawless. There is an invoice with V.A.T. paid on the bare hull from 1977.

NEUER REDUZIERTER PREIS €358.000 (Juni 2023) Einzigartiges und unverwechselbares Design von Alan Pape, gebaut 1977-90 aus Iroko und Mahagoni von der bekannten Williams Boatyard in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK. Komplett überholt in 18 Monaten in 2018/19: Rumpf, Takelage, die gesamte Elektronik wurde überholt, Masten neu gestrichen usw., Gesamtkosten fast 300.000 €. Als traditionell gebautes Holzboot von hoher Qualität ist ihr Innenraum im Winter warm und im Sommer kühl. Das Gebäude ist mit 50mm Iroko-Planken auf laminierten 100mm Iroko-Rahmen alle 300mm beplankt. Die Befestigungen bestehen aus Kupfernieten, alle anderen Schrauben sind aus rostfreiem Stahl. Die Decks bestehen aus 20 mm starkem Marinesperrholz mit 20 mm starken Teakholzplanken. Der Rest des Bootes an Deck und unter Deck besteht aus massivem brasilianischem Mahagoni. Die Maststützen sind aus verzinktem Stahl. Der Kiel besteht aus 8 Tonnen Gusseisen, die Kettenplatten und alle Vorrichtungen an Deck sind entweder aus Edelstahl oder Bronze. Bugkabine mit zwei Betten in V-Form, gefolgt von der Toilette an Steuerbord. An Steuerbord befindet sich eine komplette Pantry in U-Form und davor eine gemütliche Essecke. Weiter hinten befindet sich der riesige Salon mit dem Haupteingang. Der Salon hat an Steuerbord eine Gangway mit zwei übereinander stehenden Betten, die zur großen Eignerkabine mit eigenem Bad und einem separaten Zugang zum Cockpit führt. In der Schiffsmitte und an Backbord befindet sich der Maschinenraum mit seinem Arbeitsbereich. Der Motor läuft tadellos. Es gibt eine Rechnung mit bezahlter Mehrwertsteuer für den nackten Rumpf aus dem Jahr 1977.
